Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Discovery plan is free forever for up to 10 active customers. No credit card required. Full access to scanner, Apple & Google Wallet cards, and 1 reward tier.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing is prorated automatically through Stripe — you only pay the difference for the current period.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Pricing is fully transparent: a fixed monthly fee, no per-customer costs, no commission on sales, no setup fee, no extra charge for notifications. What you see is what you pay.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access stays active until the end of your paid period, then your account automatically switches to the free Discovery plan. Your customers keep their Wallet cards and points.
Do you accept USD or GBP?
Pricing is displayed in EUR (euros). Stripe automatically converts to your local currency at checkout using real-time exchange rates. USD and GBP billing is available for enterprise plans on request.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. French VAT (20%) applies to customers in France without a VAT ID. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID benefit from reverse charge. Non-EU customers are not charged VAT.
Which plan do I need?
Under 10 active customers: Discovery (free). Up to 500 customers: Classic (€14.99/month). Unlimited customers with referrals and challenges: Pro (€24.99/month). Everything including automated campaigns and wheel of fortune: Business (€32.99/month).
How do I pay?
All payments go through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Invoices are available anytime from your dashboard.
