No, never. The loyalty card is added directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — both are pre-installed on every smartphone. It takes 30 seconds.
What equipment do I need?
Just your smartphone. No extra hardware, no POS integration required. You scan customers' QR codes with your own phone.
How long does setup take?
Five minutes. You pick your colors, logo and loyalty program type (stamps or points), print a QR poster, and you're ready.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Billing is prorated automatically via Stripe.
Does HanyPass work outside France?
